Key Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience as an Operating Room RN (RN-OR)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA preferred)
• Proficiency in circulating and/or scrubbing preferred
• Strong knowledge of sterile technique, patient safety, and perioperative standards
• Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to adapt swiftly to new environments and EMR systems

• Provide skilled perioperative nursing care to surgical patients, ensuring optimal outcomes
• Circulate and/or scrub for various surgical procedures, maintaining strict aseptic technique
• Work closely with surgical teams, advocating for patient safety and comfort
• Prepare OR suites, equipment, and supplies according to procedural requirements
• Accurately document interventions, assessments, and outcomes within EMR
• Respond quickly to emergent situations, demonstrating calm and effective leadership
