Job Description: 

• Location : Queens, NY 
• Position : Nurse Practitioner
• Specialty : Primary Care
• Structure : Outpatient (No call)
• Start : 30-60 days Days
• Schedule : Full-Time (40 hours)
• Duties : Consultations, Follow up, Physical exams
• EMR : Epic
• Support : Full Office Staff and APP
• Compensation : 120-145K
• Benefits : Full Package 

Qualifications:

• Unrestricted NY license
• BC/BE as a Nurse Practitioner 
• Active DEA registration
• Must possess active Medicare/Medicaid Enrollment or be eligible to enroll
