CW Psychological Services is looking for a compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our growing outpatient practice in King of Prussia, PA.

As part of our clinical team, you'll work with individuals, couples, and families to help clients navigate challenges, build healthier relationships, and improve their overall well-being. You'll have the opportunity to provide evidence-based, client-centered care while being supported by a collaborative team that values your professional growth.

Our established referral network and administrative support help provide a consistent caseload while allowing you to spend more of your time focused on what matters most—your clients.

What You'll Do

Provide evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families, adapting your approach to each client's needs, goals, and circumstances.

Build strong therapeutic relationships and create a welcoming, respectful environment where clients feel safe discussing mental health concerns.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and other members of the care team.

Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and other required records.

Participate in clinical consultation and supervision to strengthen your skills, discuss cases, and support high-quality client care.

Continue developing your clinical knowledge through training, education, and other professional development opportunities.

Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a practice culture built on respect, communication, accountability, and continuous learning.
