Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a Lead Cook to oversee daily food production for patients, staff, and community programs in our faith-based, mission-driven healthcare setting. This role manages high-volume meal preparation, ensuring nutritious, attractive, and safe food that meets clinical dietary requirements and food safety standards. The Lead Cook supervises kitchen staff, coordinates inventory and ordering, and supports cost-effective menu planning. As part of a collaborative, community-focused team, you’ll help advance health equity and whole-person wellbeing through excellent, compassionate food service.
