About Job Job Summary As a Data Scientist at Centific Technologies, Inc., you will leverage advanced analytical techniques and machine learning to extract actionable insights from complex datasets, contributing directly to strategic decision-making and product innovation. Job Responsibilities * Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve business problems. * Perform exploratory data analysis, data cleansing, and feature engineering to prepare data for modeling. * Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models into production environments and monitor their performance. * Develop and maintain robust data pipelines and data processing frameworks. * Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Research and apply cutting-edge data science techniques and tools to enhance existing solutions. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of data science practices and methodologies within the company. * Mentor junior data scientists and share knowledge across the team. Job Qualifications * 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytical role. * Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R, including relevant data science libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas, NumPy). * Expertise in various machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, deep learning, NLP) and their practical applications. * Solid understanding of statistical modeling, experimental design, and causal inference. * Experience with SQL and working with relational and non-relational databases. * Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is a plus. * Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. * Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
