Accountant (AP/AR Focus)
Location: Williamsport, IN
Pay: $50,000/year+, based on experience
Schedule: Full-time, onsite

Pro Resources is partnering with a well-established manufacturing company in Williamsport, IN to find a motivated Accountant to join their administrative team. This position offers the opportunity to grow, learn the business, and make a real impact.

This role blends both bookkeeping and accounting responsibilities, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys variety and wants to build on their accounting foundation.

What You'll Do:

• Process and verify vendor invoices, prepare payments, and reconcile statements (AP)
• Generate customer invoices, post payments, and manage outstanding balances (AR)
• Maintain accurate financial records across AP, AR, and general ledger
• Assist with journal entries, financial reporting, and account reconciliations
• Support job costing, data analysis, and internal reporting
• Respond to vendor and customer inquiries
• Help improve processes and maintain organized documentation

What We're Looking For :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and accounting software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Open to entry-level candidates with a solid accounting foundation
