Blumenthal Performing Arts BartenderUnder occasional supervision, provides customer service for sales at Blumenthal Performing Arts operated bars. Assists in training new bartenders. Reports to the Food and Beverage Supervisor.Duties & ResponsibilitiesSet up bars prior to events including checking inventory and properly stocking productsProvide excellent customer service during events by serving patrons at barsReceive payment and accurately dispense changePerform inventory and match receipts with product soldFollow Company and State rules governing safe alcohol serviceParticipate in sales programs and customer service goals with enthusiasmContinually keep work area neat clean and organizedAssist in training new bartendersAttend department meetings if neededPerform related duties as requiredJob QualificationsFormal training in bartending related field, or two to three years of experience in the hospitality industryAn equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities
