TOWN OF NARRAGANSETT PARKS & RECREATION DEPARTMENT The Town of Narragansett is seeking a part-time, self-motivated and skilled individual to prepare our venue(s) for social events. Duties include preparing the venue through set up and after event cleaning to include furniture set-up and break down. This position requires the individual to perform lifting and moving furniture to accommodate the various events held. In addition, this position also requires light yard/deck cleaning work and building maintenance. Care and attention to detail is necessary to handle light maintenance and venue preparedness in our public buildings. This position is a year-round, part-time position. The work schedule varies so flexibility is a priority. Hours are often worked in the mornings to include weekdays, weekends and holidays. $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on experience. Requirements: Applicants must be 18 years of age and have a valid Rhode Island Driver’s License.
