Through this selection of benefits and perks, we strive to provide employees with options that will enhance his or her quality of life in and out of work.ResponsibilitiesManage the recruitment, interview coordination, and administration of the yearly college and high-school construction trades internship programsManage and perform full life cycle recruiting to include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top talentOrganize and attend college career fairs and the follow up to include phone screens, interviews, assembling offers, etc.Responsible for the selection of summer interns to secure the necessary summer staffing requirements.Manage the internship program to include scheduling learning sessions and scheduling exit interviewsManage the onboarding process to include coordination with Human resources and IT in securing resourcesDevelop and post engaging job postings on job boards, industry-specific sites, university websites, and other venuesUpdate and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment database per each stage of the recruitment processManage and coordinate all communication with candidates as well as the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and those interviewingDraft all offer letters and send to hiring managers; send approved copies to candidatesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with the company's operational leaders, external professional organizations, colleges and universities, and industry contacts to identify qualified leaders and professionalsQualificationsKnowledge and experience with employee onboardingKnowledge and experience with employee training and development principlesKnowledge of employee retention strategiesKnowledge of Applicant Tracking SystemsCompetencies in Microsoft Office SuiteWell organized, efficient, and detail-orientedExcellent communication skills, both written and oral, are required to effectively attract and support candidates in the hiring processPossess an enthusiastic and positive attitude, in addition to a strong work ethicThe work is mostly sedentary with periods of light physical activity. Employee to walk or stand for short or mid periods; lift and carry up to 20 pounds; climb stairs, bend, reach, hold, grasp, and turn objects; and operate standard office equipment (computer, keyboard, phone and printer). The work requires the ability to speak clearly and to see and hear clearly with or without correction.Primary work is performed indoors in a standard office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Work is subject to inflexible deadlines. Employee may be subject to work beyond the normal scheduled work hours.As a full-time corporate-office based job, this position is eligible for teleworking in accordance with the Company's Telework Policy. Approval by the position's supervisor and Division President is required.The expected base pay range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000.
