If you have a passion for helping others and want a career that truly matters, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toiletingProvide companionship and emotional support to clients and their familiesHelp with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparationMonitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisorsAssist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as neededAccompany clients to medical appointments and errandsFollow individualized care plans to ensure consistent, high-quality personal careRequirements:Prior experience as a Home Health Aide, Caregiver, CNA, or in a related caregiving role preferredGenuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individualsReliable transportation and valid driver's licenseAbility to pass a background check and drug screeningStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyCPR/First Aid certification is a plusAbout Us:ComForCare Home Care - Jackson/Adrian/Hillsdale is a trusted provider of in-home personal care services dedicated to helping clients live their best lives possible.
