Our healthcare partner in Southeast Montana is seeking a dedicated LTC Day Nurse to join their team for a 13-week travel assignment.
As an LTC Day Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to create a nurturing environment for those in your care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document residents‘ health status and progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans
- Provide emotional support and education to residents and their families
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
- Need 1 year experience in setting
