Beverage Server

The opportunity Delaware North Gaming is hiring energetic full-time or part-time Beverage Servers to join our team at Finger Lakes Gaming in Farmington, New York. We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about providing outstanding service while making every visit enjoyable and memorable. Please note that this is a tipped position; the listed hourly minimum pay doesn't include any potential tipped earnings. What will you do? Greet guests, communicate drink specials, answer questions about available beverages, and take beverage orders Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, request identification, adhere to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures Enter drink orders into the point-of-sale system; pick up drink orders and deliver them to guests Observe and follow up with guests, ready to provide additional service Prepare and deliver the guest checks; accept and process payment or direct guests to the cashier More about you Must be at least 18 years of age Must be able to obtain a NY Gaming License Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Possess basic knowledge of standard drink recipes and alcohol brand names Basic math skills Open availability preferred Physical requirements Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions Ability to lift, balance and carry trays, weighing up to 35 pounds Source: Hospitality Online #J-18808-Ljbffr Delaware North at Finger Lakes Gaming & Racetrack
