Responsibilities

• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate all PCAs in the program.
• Maintain staff schedule to ensure appropriate shift coverage.
• Become proficient in all PCA tasks to ensure staff are properly trained.
• Participate in on‑call after hours.
• Help facilitate the safety, maintenance, and rules of the unit.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field, preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent, required.
• Supervisory experience required.
• CDCA or equivalent, preferred.
