Lead Patient Care Assistant

Responsibilities Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate all PCAs in the program. Maintain staff schedule to ensure appropriate shift coverage. Become proficient in all PCA tasks to ensure staff are properly trained. Participate in on‑call after hours. Help facilitate the safety, maintenance, and rules of the unit. Qualifications Associate degree in a related field, preferred. High school diploma or equivalent, required. Supervisory experience required. CDCA or equivalent, preferred.
