Partnering with residents and the Interdisciplinary Team, you will coordinate and deliver care based on the resident's desires and clinical needs in a supportive and respectful environment.What We're Looking For: Certified Nursing Assistants (C.N.A) will demonstrate composure, customer focus, patience, the ability to gain trust and establish rapport with residents, thrive in a team-oriented setting that values innovation and mutual respect.
