Reports to: General Manager / Assistant General Manager

What You'll Be Doing:
- Prep, cook, and plate food with precision following recipes and company standards
- Taste-test your creations—quality control never tasted so good
- Coordinate with team members to hit ticket times and deliver legendary food fast
- Keep your station clean, organized, and stocked like a pro
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and skillfully
- Monitor food temperatures and handle items to meet all health and safety codes
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures to the letter
- Stay flexible pitch in with tasks that keep the kitchen humming
- Know our brand, values, and culinary style like the back of your hand
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic—grit meets grace under pressure
- Minimum 1 year of kitchen experience (high-volume or quick service preferred)
- Current Food Handler’s Card or ServeSafe Certification
- Comfortable using kitchen tools and working in a hot, fast-paced environment
- Solid communication and ability to follow instructions
- Commitment to safety, teamwork, and outstanding food every time
The Physical Side:
- Walk and stand your whole shift, this is an active role
- Handle heat, steam, and heavy lifting (30 lbs or more)
- Use protective gear and sharp equipment safely
- Bend, twist, and move constantly to get the job done
