Forklift OperatorPosition Overview: To build custom orders to fulfill order requests. Position also responsible for the transport of merchandise from trailers to storage locations and from storage areas to trailers for shipping.This position is located and works out of Kent, WA.$24.69 HourlySunday: 3:00pm – 11:30pmMonday-Thursday: 5:00pm - 1:30amConsistent year around workProfessionally maintained, reliable, and safe equipmentMedical, dental benefits & HSA (after 30 days of employment)Vision benefits401(k)Paid vacationPaid sick leaveComparable weekly wagesEssential Functions:Receiving a pull task with information on the hard surface material to be pulled and retrieving the correct material with a lift truck.Transporting a pallet by forklift to and from location.Complete paperwork as required.Wrap and band hard surface materials prepared on pallets.Prepare and package miscellaneous items in boxes for shipment.Tape and repair any damaged packages.Raise/Lower dock plateUse orange cone system for full or empty trailersPerform other duties as assigned by the ManagerShaw Industries is an equal opportunity employer as to all protected groups, including protected veterans and individuals with disabilities.
