In this role, you'll provide life-saving care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions.Requirements:12+ months RN experience, including 6+ months Dialysis Experience with patient interaction in the last yearCurrent RN license and CPR certificationCharge RN readiness approval requiredADN required; BSN preferredICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferredCNN/CDN certification a plusBasic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook)Consistent, predictable schedules (typically 3 to 4 days per week) that include early mornings, evenings, rotating weekends, and holidaysKey Responsibilities:Coordinate patient care plans and monitor outcomesSupervise clinical staff, including PCTsEnsure safe, compassionate dialysis deliveryBuild long-term relationships with patients and familiesWork in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentWhat We Offer:Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matchPTO and PTO cash-outPaid training and developmentFamily and mental health support (Headspace, EAP, child/elder care)Ready to lead and make a difference?
