Do you want to give your best at school and truly unplug when you’re home?.

If you answered YES, we want to meet you.

What We’re Looking For.
We’re seeking both new and experienced educators who are:

• Experienced in Early Childhood Education (3+ years preferred).
• Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field (preferred).
• Passionate about high-quality early learning and child development.
• Confident collaborating with teachers in a team environment.
• Skilled in implementing engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans.
• Strong in positive classroom management techniques.
• Nurturing educators who support play-based, child-led learning.
• Excited to grow within a collaborative and evolving school community.

About the Opportunity:
We are actively hiring a Lead Preschool Teacher to support our continued growth and upcoming school year planning. As we enter our third school year, our faculty has grown significantly—and we are continuing to build a strong, stable, and inspiring teaching team.

We are interviewing daily for Lead Teachers across multiple age groups. While this role is focused on Preschool, we value experience across Infant, Toddler, Preschool, and Pre-K. As we grow, teachers will have opportunities to explore different age groups to find the best mutual fit and long-term alignment.

Why Join Us.
At The Goddard School in Moon Township, you’ll find:

• A supportive leadership team that values your voice and ideas.
• A strong, collaborative teaching culture.
• Structured curriculum support—so you can focus on teaching, not reinventing.
• A school environment where educators are respected and retained.
• Real balance: work hard at school, and truly disconnect at home.

We are building something special—and we’re looking for educators who want to be part of it.
