About the role As a Sales Associate, you'll be the welcoming face of a customer-centered environment that reflects our culture of hospitality. You'll be part of a team fostering genuine customer connections, sharing product knowledge, and providing personalized service. Initiate authentic conversations with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized service. Create a seamless omnichannel experience by utilizing available tools. Educate customers about the benefits of brand loyalty programs. Contribute to overall store performance by staying accountable to personal goals. Assist store leaders with merchandising, inventory replenishment, and store organization. Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards. Strong interpersonal and communications skills. Eligibility & Responsibilities Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA. For all other states, must be at least 18 years old. Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
