Mid-to-Senior Corporate Associate - Westchester County (Hybrid; Exclusive Search)

We have been exclusively retained by an early-stage, growing law firm in Westchester County with a niche specialization that seeks to hire a mid- to senior-level corporate associate with broad experience who can work independently in a fast-evolving regulatory space.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate equity purchase and sale agreements for businesses, operational and non-operational (M&A experience required)
• Negotiate commercial leases and lease options
• Negotiate and draft management services, IP license, and white-labeling/branding agreements
• Negotiate and draft commodity purchase and sale agreements
• Draft corporate governance documents, including operating agreements, shareholder agreements, and resolutions
• Manage multiple matters simultaneously while meeting deadlines

What the Firm Seeks

• Mid-to-senior level corporate attorney with broad transactional experience
• Ability to work independently and reliably with minimal oversight
• Willingness to grow within an evolving area of law
• Startup experience preferred
• In-office Tuesday through Thursday
• 1,750 billable hours expected

What the Firm Offers

• Base salary of $175,000 to $210,000, depending on experience
• Discretionary bonus compensation
• 15% of legal fees collected on originated business

• Hybrid schedule with in-office days concentrated midweek
