About the Role

The Company is seeking an APAC Custody Product Manager, Vice President to be part of its Global Product organization during a transformative period. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the evolution and maintenance of Global Custody and Direct Custody products within the APAC region, catering to various client segments such as asset owners, asset managers, insurance, and official institutions. This role demands a professional with over 10 years of experience in Securities Services/Global Custody, a strong background in the operational and technological aspects of the business, and a proven track record in client engagement and product management. As the APAC Custody Product Manager, Vice President, the primary responsibilities will include defining and executing the custody product strategy, engaging with clients to understand their needs, and leading product enhancement efforts. The role requires deep domain expertise in Global Custody, particularly within the APAC region, and the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders across sales, client management, and technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the operational processes of Global Custody, the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, and excellent client management skills to drive commercial growth. Additionally, the role involves participating in industry groups to ensure market leadership and drive change in the sector. Applicants for this position should possess subject matter expertise in the Custody family of products, a working knowledge of technology and market infrastructures supporting the global custody chain, and a proven ability to execute product deliverables and strategic vision. A background in operations and/or technology, as well as experience in product development or operational leadership roles, would be beneficial. The role demands a strong team player who is comfortable working across complex organizations and is adept at translating client requirements into product capabilities.
