Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced ER RN to provide high-quality emergency nursing care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be skilled in trauma management, rapid assessment, and advanced life support, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Perform rapid assessments and triage patients accurately to prioritize care.
• Manage trauma cases and implement emergency interventions efficiently.
• Administer advanced life support techniques, including IV access and other critical procedures.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care plans.
• Document patient information thoroughly using CERNER or relevant charting modules.
• Adhere to all safety, compliance, and certification standards throughout shifts.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active WV or Compact RN license; pending licenses accepted.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of recent ER nursing experience.
• Be certified in BLS, ACLS, and PALS through the American Heart Association.
• Demonstrate expertise in trauma management, rapid assessment, and advanced interventions.
• Maintain strong clinical and critical thinking skills in emergency scenarios.
• Be proficient in IV placement and emergency procedures.
