You'll play a key role in building a positive and productive work environment for everyone who works at Neighborhood.About the RoleIn this role, you'll report to the VP of Human Resources and lead a team of HR specialists. You'll use your skills and experience to identify, encourage and develop the skills and talents of your team. You'll build relationships with staff throughout the organization, and be a critical thinker and problem solver as you coach and develop managers. You'll manage projects that focus on the development and retention of employees through building career pathways and recognition programs. Responsibilities include:Provides leadership to departmental staffManages and implements HR strategiesAdvises management to resolve employee issuesDevelops and manages the performance evaluation process and leave of absence.You will be primarily based at our Northwest location, 155 Lawn Ave, Buffalo, but will regularly work scheduled time at other sites.What It's Like to Work at NeighborhoodThe top three words employees say describe the work environment are: teamwork, supportive, kind.
