Registered Nurse RN Surgical PCU – Banner Health $15K sign‑on Bonus! Sign‑on bonus requires a 24‑month commitment. Recruiter will discuss qualifications. Location: Phoenix, Arizona Work Shift: Day and Night (rotating; 3 shifts per week, 7:00‑7:30 pm or 7:00‑7:30 am, weekends & holidays included). Pay includes an 18 % night‑shift differential and a flat $3/hour weekend‑shift differential. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments – physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational and cultural aspects. Formulate and revise individualized plan of care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. Implement care plan, delegate and supervise nursing activities, ensuring compliance with policies and standards. Evaluate patient progress, revise goals, and document outcomes in the patient record. Support professional development through precepting, mentoring and participation in the Nursing Clinical Ladder Program. Participate in unit or facility shared leadership and quality improvement initiatives. Communicate effectively with patients, families, staff and external partners; provide spiritual support when appropriate. Qualifications Current RN license in Arizona or temporary/interim RN license. BLS certification required; additional certification or continuing education may be required. Minimum 12 months acute/critical‑care experience (telemetry, ICU, home health, skilled nursing, medical/surgical, or similar) within the past 12 months. Experience in surgical PCU and/or critical care preferred. Bachelor’s degree preferred; professional certifications preferred.
