Location: Lakewood, CO | Pay: $40.05–$44.06/hour DOE | Type: Full-time, hourly

Ludvik Electric is looking for licensed Colorado journeyman electricians with the drive, judgment, and communication skills to grow into foreman or supervisor roles. You'll work on complex commercial and industrial projects while building the leadership experience needed to guide crews, coordinate work, and keep jobs moving safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and industrial electrical systems.
• Help plan and coordinate daily field activities to keep projects moving safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Read wiring diagrams, identify issues, and make sound field decisions that support quality workmanship.
• Support crew productivity by communicating clearly with team members, supervisors, and project leadership.
• Mentor apprentices and less experienced electricians while modeling safe, professional field leadership.

Who Thrives in This Role

• Current Colorado journeyman electrician license.
• OSHA 10 certification and a strong commitment to jobsite safety.
• Strong working knowledge of the NEC, electrical codes, drawings, and field installation standards.
• A leadership mindset with the ability to mentor others, communicate clearly, and solve problems under pressure.
• Interest in growing into foreman, general foreman, or supervisor responsibilities.
