Pharmacy Cashier

Surry Rural Health Center

Surry Rural Health Center in Mount Airy, NC is looking for a cashier for our pharmacy. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and reliable.

Job Type: Part-time

Schedule: Various hours during the week with a Saturday rotation.

Responsibilities

Greeting and acknowledging each customer
Assisting customers with questions and concerns
Processing sales using cash registers, scanners, or other equipment/Drive-Thru
Verifying patient information upon check-out
Accepting and verifying various forms of payment
Assisting with stocking OTC items and managing OTC order replenishment

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service or retail experience preferred
Friendly demeanor
