Pulse Hospitality is hiring a Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team and help ensure every guest space is spotless, welcoming, and ready for arrival. If you're a hands-on, detail-driven leader who cares about quality, coaching, and smooth daily operations, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations to maintain consistent cleanliness and presentation across guest rooms and public areas
• Lead, coach, and support housekeeping team members to deliver exceptional standards and guest satisfaction
• Ensure tasks are completed on time by monitoring room readiness, workload, and priorities
• Conduct inspections and quality checks, addressing issues quickly and appropriately
• Maintain inventory levels for linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies; coordinate reorders as needed
• Support a safe, organized work environment by following cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and proper product handling
• Collaborate with front desk and other departments to ensure smooth turnarounds and effective communication

What We're Looking For

• Previous supervisory or management experience in housekeeping or a related hospitality role
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to consistent quality
• Ability to lead a team with confidence, patience, and a people-first approach
• Time-management skills and the ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Comfort using checklists, tracking systems, and standard operating procedures
• Reliable, respectful, and flexible with schedule needs
