Project Manager - Architecture and Engineering

Job Description Project Manager – Architecture and Engineering based in Austin, Houston, or Dallas, TX to lead interdisciplinary building design projects with a focused experience in Industrial and Logistics oriented projects. The role provides high growth opportunity in steering business and client opportunity and serving as a role and advisor to the overall project team. Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact with the client. Coordinate successful execution of projects in design and construction with interdisciplinary technical leads. Work with local and regional business development staff and business line leadership to identify and pursue clients and projects. Review contracts, prepare fee proposals and project execution strategies. Manage and lead technical, financial, and client satisfaction areas using established processes and tools. Manage sub‑consultant scope, fees, deliverables, and performance. Lead the team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Manage changes to the project scope, schedule and costs. Report and elevate project issues to management as needed. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering (MEP or Structural background) plus four (4) years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. Professional licensure (RA and/or PE). Preferred Qualifications 10+ years of recent relevant experience as a Project Manager / Design Manager on relevant projects. Master’s degree in Architecture. Additional credentialing such as PMP, DBIA, and/or LEED AP. Strong experience in Autodesk Revit. Demonstrated experience managing multi‑disciplined teams. Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution. Motivated and experienced in developing and growing clients and design teams to achieve trusted advisor status. Demonstrated leadership in client‑facing roles. Demonstrated experience in preparing contract terms, scope of work, fees, and proposals. Compensation USD 125,000 – USD 155,000 per year.
