Assistant General Manager

Funzone ManagerAt Pizza Ranch, we believe our management team is a vital part of our success. As a FunZone Manager, you will assist the General Manager in leading day-to-day operations while working alongside team members to deliver a legendary guest experience in our FunZone Arcade.In this role, you will help drive store-level profitability and sales by managing gaming operations, prize inventory, and labor costs. Most importantly, you will provide genuine care for both team members and guests, creating a lasting, positive impact during every shift.Responsibilities include managing all aspects of staffing and training for FunZone Attendants, planning, marketing, and organizing group events and parties, ensuring events and party details are executed accurately and on time, overseeing merchandising and inventory control of the Redemption Center, ordering and managing party supplies and redemption inventory, providing excellent customer service and responding to guest questions, concerns, and requests, maintaining advanced knowledge of FunZone systems and games, minimizing game downtime through proper maintenance and service coordination, ensuring cleanliness and overall appearance of the FunZone and games, utilizing reporting systems to monitor and drive FunZone profitability, and building community engagement through partnerships with local organizations and businesses.Qualifications, skills, and competencies include strong leadership and relationship-building skills, comfortable working with computers and POS systems, highly self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and follow-through, detail-oriented with proven planning and execution abilities, ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to change effectively, understanding of basic marketing principles (targeting, advertising, pricing, sales process, and negotiation), excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and lead others, results-oriented with strong critical thinking and decision-making skills, and willingness to work nights and weekends as needed.Why Join Pizza Ranch?
