You'll work with everything from computers and printers to scanners, networks, automation, and emerging AI tools.What You'll Do• Deploy, configure, and support PCs, printers, scanners, and network equipment• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues• Manage support requests through ServiceNow• Assist with IT projects, upgrades, and technology rollouts• Maintain asset inventory and equipment records• Support printer maintenance and asset disposal• Identify opportunities to improve processes and user experienceWhat We're Looking For• Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking fundamentals• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills• Experience with Microsoft Office and standard business applications• Understanding of basic xhyhwjd cybersecurity concepts• 1+ year of IT experience preferred (recent graduates encouraged to apply)• Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT is a plus• Exposure to scripting or automation (PowerShell, Python, VBA, etc.) is a plusEducation• IT-related degree or equivalent experience• High school diploma or equivalentWhy Join Us?• Hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment• Exposure to enterprise technologies, automation, and AI• A mix of daily support work and impactful projects• Opportunities to learn, grow, and make a difference from day one
