Outage Management System (OMS) Administrator

Required Skills Strong understanding of OMS architecture & security (OSI OMS preferred) Experience with OSI Compass Mobile, OMS, and DMS (preferred) Knowledge of Field Mobility, Switching Management, and Network Topology Experience in Utility T&D domain Understanding of GIS network model management Knowledge of SCADA/OMS/DMS integrations Linux administration and C# knowledge Familiarity with Waterfall & Agile methodologies Roles & Responsibilities Support and maintain OMS and OMS Mobile applications Provide L1/L2 support, resolve incidents within SLA. Perform configuration changes, upgrades, and bug fixes. Monitor system health and implement proactive monitoring Coordinate with business, GIS, and vendor teams Troubleshoot system, data, and integration issues Support minor enhancements using Open Calc Ensure compliance with NERC and industry standards Provide operational reports and support global delivery model. #J-18808-Ljbffr Veriipro
