Sales Manager - US market

At Merge Rocks we're looking for a Sales Manager - US market to join our team. Merge Rocks is a UX-first digital agency working with SaaS and FinTech products across the US, Europe, and Australia. Alongside our core design and development expertise, we support our long-term clients with hiring and team extension. Right now, we’re helping one of our product clients find a Sales Manager to develop the US market . Our client is a hospitality tech company building a platform for hotels, resorts, and beach operators . Their product combines reservations, payments, revenue management, guest experience tools, and connected IoT hardware. About the role This is a full-cycle sales role with ownership of the entire customer journey — from finding and approaching potential clients to closing deals and managing the relationship afterwards. You’ll be responsible for developing the company’s presence in the US hospitality market and building long-term relationships with hotels, resorts, and other hospitality businesses. What you’ll do Identify and research potential clients in the US market Build and manage your own sales pipeline Run outbound outreach through LinkedIn, email, cold calls, and other relevant channels Connect with decision-makers within hotels, resorts, and hospitality businesses Conduct discovery calls and product presentations Understand client needs and communicate the product’s business value Manage negotiations and move opportunities through the full sales cycle Close new deals Continue working with signed clients as an Account Manager Maintain strong long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for further growth Keep sales activity and pipeline information structured and up to date What we’re looking for Hands‑on experience in B2B sales / business development Experience managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing Strong outbound sales skills, including cold outreach and cold calling Confidence in running discovery calls, negotiations, and client presentations Strong relationship‑building and account management skills Fluent or advanced English Ability to work independently and take ownership of the sales process Strong communication and negotiation skills Nice to have Experience selling SaaS, technology, or digital products Previous experience in hospitality / travel tech / hotel tech Existing understanding or network within the US hospitality market Experience selling solutions that combine software and hardware If you enjoy building relationships from the very first outreach all the way to long-term cooperation with the client, we’d be happy to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
