Local Travel Home Health RN Assignment
Local travel home health RN assignment in Santa Fe, NM. 13-week contract with weekly pay up to $2,800. Provide autonomous in-home nursing care, OASIS documentation, and medication management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-home nursing care to patients per individualized care plans
- Complete comprehensive assessments using OASIS documentation standards
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and manage wound care and chronic conditions
- Provide education to patients and families regarding treatments and disease management
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure continuity of care
- Utilize WellSky/Kinnser EMR for timely and accurate documentation
- Travel within designated areas with mileage reimbursement provided
Qualifications:
- Active New Mexico RN license or valid Compact RN license
- Current AHA BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of recent home health nursing experience
- OASIS documentation experience is required
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance required
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with WellSky/Kinnser EMR
