Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 + Discretionary Bonus
Location: 100% Onsite. Open to candidates within a reasonable commute range of company headquarters.

Key Responsibilities for the Senior HR Generalist:
• Lead HR operations and employee relations across multiple locations as the organization's Senior HR Generalist


• Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational effectiveness


• Support M&A activities including HR due diligence, integration planning, and cultural assimilation


• Develop and implement scalable HR programs, policies, and best practices


• Partner with operations leadership on safety initiatives, OSHA compliance, and workforce development


• Oversee benefits administration, retirement plans, and HR compliance programs
Qualifications for the Senior HR Generalist:
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience with demonstrated success as a Senior HR Generalist, HRBP, or similar leadership role


• Experience supporting manufacturing organizations and multi-site operations


• Direct involvement with mergers, acquisitions, and post-merger integration efforts


• Bachelor's degree required; SHRM certification highly preferred
