District ManagerMidas - Legacy Golden Touch is looking for a driven and experienced District Manager to lead and grow our Midas Auto service locations in the Salt Lake & Ogden, UT area. If you're passionate about operational excellence and people leadership, we want to hear from you!Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple Midas locations within the districtRecruit, train, coach, and develop store managers and service teamsDrive sales performance, revenue growth, and profitability across all locationsEnsure consistent delivery of quality automotive service and customer satisfactionMonitor KPIs, analyze financial reports, and implement improvement strategiesEnforce compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and brand guidelinesBuild strong relationships with store teams, vendors, and the local community3+ years of multi-unit management experience, preferably in automotive or retail servicesProven track record of driving sales growth and operational performanceStrong leadership, coaching, and team development skillsSolid understanding of P&L management and financial reportingExcellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilitiesAutomotive service industry knowledge is a strong plusAbility to travel regularly between locations within the districtMidas - Legacy Golden Touch is a proud operator of Midas auto service centers, a trusted name in the automotive industry for decades.
