Working across both Contract and permanent roles. Our Austin office is home to our top billers of 2024 and 2025, the highest yield per consultant, and our incredible East 6th office. You would be joining the founding team during a record-breaking streak and will benefit from an established client base as well as best in class business development training and mentorship. What you will be doing – Senior Recruitment Consultant Meeting with clients to understand their hiring needs Leveraging multiple headhunting techniques to find the best talent. Utilizing relationship building skills to effectively manage candidates through the recruitment process. Proactively problem solving any barriers to placement. Accurately preparing candidates for interviews to provide a best-in-class candidate experience.
