About the Opportunity
Commonwealth Critical Care is seeking a highly skilled Critical Care Physician Assistant to join our Critical Care team at Inova Loudoun Hospital , a nationally recognized facility located in the thriving Northern Virginia/DMV region. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice in a collaborative yet autonomous environment while providing advanced care in a high-acuity critical care setting.
Position Highlights
- Highly Competitive Compensation with Shift Differentials
- 12-hour shifts
- 211-bed Inova Loudoun Hospital – Level III Trauma Center - EPIC EMR
- Robust procedure exposure & autonomy with strong physician support
- Critical Care team covers a 12-bed ICU & 14-bed IMCU
- Full-Time or Part-Time with Benefits option available
- Access to full specialty consultant services
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Critical Care experience
- Ability to perform Central Line and Arterial Line placement
- Comfort working independently within a high-acuity environment
- Physician Assistant providers with a proven Critical Care background
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive compensation ranging from $100-110 per hour with annual Performance Incentive Bonus
