CCCC is located in Longview, TX and will be expanding recreational activities throughout the summer. Cross Creeks Country Club (CCCC) has an immediate need for Cart Attendant. This will be a full-time non-exempt position, with a schedule ranging from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM with up to 40 hours and weekends required.We are looking for active individuals with energetic attitudes - those that like to smile, are jovial with members, and that will always put members first. If you are looking for a rewarding position while fostering relationships, apply today!Duties & Responsibilities for Cart Attendant The Cart Attendant at Crossing Creeks Country Club is responsible for providing excellent customer service to members and guests, efficiency of cart loading, cart cleanliness, staging, and storing. The Cart Attendant will strive to provide the highest level of professionalism and customer service for our members and guests on the course.Maintaining a high level of top-notch customer service and professionalism to a wide range of diverse customersAssisting with checking in golf members and guestsEnsuring and maintaining a constant supply of cleaned carts for Golfers.Cleaning cartsPerforming superficial maintenance on cartsPicking up and washing range balls as neededCompleting required checklist for golfers as requested by Club Supervisor such as filling sand bottles on the first tee, taking out/returning water coolers, preliminary course trash pick-up.Coordinating members needs and generally assisting members as requestedReporting any issues/problems to Club Supervisor immediately - follow chain of commandShowing leadership and direction with co-workers and other staff membersCommunicating appropriately with members, guests and co-workersGreeting all members and guests as they enter the courts in a warm and welcoming mannerAdhering to and ensuring compliance with Crossing Creeks Country Club policies, procedures and customer service standardsParticipating in maintaining a safe, clean and organized environmentCovering Cart Staff and Field Marshall duties as neededOther duties as assignedPhysical DemandsRequires full range of body motionStanding and maneuvering independently and safely around work areaStanding and walking for extensive periods of timeEye-hand coordinationPushing and pullingClimbing (ascending and descending)Bending / StoopingUsing arm, leg and back muscles for extended periodsOccasionally lifts and carries items weighing greater than 50 poundsRequires corrected vision and hearing to within normal rangePotential for cuts and bruisesRequirementsDisplays a positive attitude and passion for Crossing Creeks Country ClubCustomer service experienceCritical thinking skills; ability to work autonomously and make efficient use of time and resourcesExcellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, that offers highest level of compassion to all members, guests, and staff; ability to communicate in a non-aggressive manner under pressureStrong interpersonal skills, impeccable organizational skills and time management skillsMeeting performance expectations and holding oneself accountable for all actionsIntegrity and responsibilityFlexibility to meet scheduling demands of departmentAble to work unsupervised; willingness to take an initiative and ability to work as a team member/independently to perform job responsibilities and meet deadlines with accuracy and attention to detailRemain current with all organization policies, procedures, and systemsDemonstrated competency of position responsibilities and requirements within 90 days, as evaluated by SupervisorMaintain TABC/food handling license requirementsAbility to read, write, and speak the English languageCompensation & BenefitsStarting Pay: $12Fresh meal during shiftIndividual Club MembershipPro Shop DiscountsIf you can answer yes to most of the above qualities and experience, please reply to this advertisement with your resume or qualifications.
