Since 2001, we've been delivering exceptional outcomes, outstanding patient satisfaction, and a work culture that supports and values every team member.We believe great therapy starts with great people — and we provide the training, resources, and support for every team member to excel.ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality patient care under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.Treat patients, address questions, and educate them on injuries, progress, and long-term wellness strategies.Supervise Techs during modalities (for all federal payers and non-BCBSM patients) and assist with setup and cleanup.Complete accurate, timely documentation for daily notes and discharges.Maintain productivity expectations (60 treatments in a 40 hour week in an outpatient ortho setting).Assist in developing and refining treatment protocols.Participate in clinic research studies.Continue to grow professionally through CEUs and approved coursework.QualificationsAssociate of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant.Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility to obtain).Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.Passion for patient care and measurable outcomes.Team-oriented with strong communication skills.$26 - $30 / hour
