We have clients in Tacoma, Puyallup, Gig Harbor, Lakewood, Spanaway, Dupont, Graham, etc. We will keep you close to the area that you want to work in!

Not Certified? We offer Home Care Aide (HCA) training! Onsite in house training to help you learn new skills and prepare you for your new journey as a caregiver.

Pay Rate: $22.50-23/hour. Depending on client care level and shift type.

Shifts!

• Weekends are in high demand! We offer short 2-hour shifts up to 8-hour shifts.
• Monday through Friday! 8a-12pm, 10a-3pm and more!
• Eatonville: M/W/F 1p-5p
• Tacoma: Sat 8:30-12:30, Sun 9am-12
• Tacoma: Mondays 11am-1pm

Requirement: We ask that you have your WA state Driver's License and Auto Insurance.

What Will You Do as an In Home Caregiver?

Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to):

• Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
• Cooking and/or serving meals
• Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom
• Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies
• Driving clients (as needed) to the store or appointments
• Monitoring and reporting on their condition

Additional Information

• Our hiring process is fast and simple! Apply and the recruiter in your region will connect with you to schedule a phone interview. If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients!

Requirements

• 18 years+
• Ability to pass a state and national background check
• Personal vehicle for client transporting, valid driver's license, auto insurance and clean driving record
