We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a busy on-site team on a contract basis with the potential to become a longer-term opportunity. This role is ideal for someone who brings an approachable communication style and enjoys supporting customers in a structured office setting. You will handle day-to-day customer interactions, assist with orders, and help create a positive experience for clients while working closely with an efficient team.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to inbound customer inquiries by phone and provide accurate, timely assistance with products, services, and account-related questions.
• Enter and update customer orders carefully in internal systems, ensuring information is complete and correct.
• Support inside customer service activities by coordinating with team members to resolve issues and maintain smooth daily operations.
• Make outbound calls when needed to follow up on customer requests, clarify order details, or provide service updates.
• Maintain a courteous and attentive presence in every interaction to deliver a strong customer experience.
• Track customer concerns and escalate more complex matters appropriately to help ensure prompt resolution.
• Contribute to an organized office environment while adapting to a fast-paced, team-oriented workplace.
• Build product and process knowledge over time to support customers effectively and prepare for possible growth into future sales-focused opportunities.• Previous experience in a customer service, call center, or office-based support role.
• Comfort handling a high volume of inbound calls while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
• Ability to perform order entry and manage detailed information with strong attention to detail.
• Friendly, dependable, and service-oriented communication skills.
• Some prior exposure to an office environment is required, even if overall experience is still developing.
• Willingness to work on site in Burlington, Massachusetts.
• Ability to manage both inbound and outbound customer interactions confidently.
