Position Highlights:

• Our Obstetrics & Gynecology physicians typically work a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE), with an average on-call commitment of no more than 24 hours per week, generally in 12-hour shifts unless otherwise preferred.
• There is flexibility in workload, with the option to reduce to 0.8 FTE.
• Collaborative teamwork with certified nurse midwives and nurse practitioners is encouraged.
• We provide exceptional clinical practice support aimed at reducing physician burnout.
• On-site services include laboratory, radiology, and pharmacy.
• Access to on-site or regional services in Fertility, Maternal Fetal Medicine, and other women's health specialties.
• Clinical practices are located in Boston and its surrounding metropolitan area.

Required Qualifications:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Unrestricted Licensure in the state of Massachusetts
• Dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based medicine to a diverse and expanding patient population

Compensation for this specialty typically ranges from $291,848 to $555,132. Total cash compensation includes base salary and bonuses, influenced by various factors such as local labor markets, education, work experience, and may increase over time based on productivity and performance. We adhere to all applicable minimum wage laws.
