Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and provide outstanding customer service
• Schedule and match clients with Care Professionals
• Maintain accurate schedules, records, and documentation
• Communicate with clients, families, Care Professionals, and team members
• Resolve scheduling challenges and service concerns
• Assist with on-call coverage as needed

Qualifications

• College degree preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook; WellSky/ClearCare preferred)
• High integrity, positive attitude, and a sense of humor
• Passion for serving seniors

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, plus rotating on-call duties.
