Correctional/Nurse Practitioner 5406

Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP)
Monday through Friday | Preferred Shift: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP) licensed in Ohio to provide on-site primary care services to an adult female population in a secure healthcare environment. This is a full-time contract opportunity with a consistent weekday scheduleno evenings, weekends, or holidays required. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of clinical experience as a nurse practitioner in a primary care or hospital medicine setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients on-site
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to facility protocols
Requirements:
- Active Ohio NP license
- Minimum 1 year of NP experience in primary care or hospital medicine
- Board certification (FNP or AGNP)
- BLS/CPR certification (healthcare provider level)
- DEA certification (preferred at submission; required before start)
- Must be able to pass drug and TB screening prior to assignment start
Credentialing Submission Checklist:
- Updated resume including full work history, education (with graduation year and location), and clinical training
- Copy of active Ohio NP license
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Board certification (FNP or AGNP)
- DEA certification (if available)
