Correctional/Nurse Practitioner 5406

Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP)

Monday through Friday | Preferred Shift: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP) licensed in Ohio to provide on-site primary care services to an adult female population in a secure healthcare environment. This is a full-time contract opportunity with a consistent weekday scheduleno evenings, weekends, or holidays required. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of clinical experience as a nurse practitioner in a primary care or hospital medicine setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive primary care to patients on-site
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to facility protocols

Requirements:

Active Ohio NP license
Minimum 1 year of NP experience in primary care or hospital medicine
Board certification (FNP or AGNP)
BLS/CPR certification (healthcare provider level)
DEA certification (preferred at submission; required before start)
Must be able to pass drug and TB screening prior to assignment start

Credentialing Submission Checklist:

Updated resume including full work history, education (with graduation year and location), and clinical training
Copy of active Ohio NP license
Current BLS/CPR certification
Board certification (FNP or AGNP)
DEA certification (if available)
