You’ll work collaboratively with the Operations team to receive inbound shipments and stock product in appropriate locations, pick items from stock locations to fill customer orders, and transact and ship customer orders in a timely manner according to established procedures. This role is responsible for enhancing the customer experience of both cochlear implant clinics and our recipients!***Key Responsibilities**** Pick and pack small medical device items for shipment across the country* Ship customer orders in a timely manner* Stock products in appropriate locations***Key Requirements***To add value to Cochlear in this role you'll be able to meet and demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and abilities in your application and at interview:* High School Diploma or equivalent* 1 year of relevant work experience* Fulfillment, shipping and/or mailroom experience is preferred* Ability to position and use warehouse ladders, hand carts, and electric pallet jacks* Strong attention to detail***Work Environment and Schedule***This role offers an in-person, warehouse work environment. Hours are 9:30am – 6:30pm Mountain Time, Monday through Friday. To best serve our customers, occasional overtime may be required.
