Product Development Specialist

Our brands include Tree Hut , Baby Magic, Splash, and Bdy The Product Development Specialist will support the product strategy and development for brands within the Naterra portfolio. This role manages a small category in addition to supporting the maintenance and development of product assortments to drive line extensions and introduce innovation to portfolio both domestically and internationally. The Product Development Specialist will work closely with Marketing personnel cross-functionally to support marketing campaigns, promotions, communication materials, PR, and social media campaigns. What you'll do Collaborate with R&D labs, Packaging suppliers, and other Manufacturing partners to develop effective strategies to support New Business opportunities. Support key brand strategies, marketing plans and product innovations that will drive Naterra growth and disrupt existing category leaders. Assists the Product DevelopmentTeam inkeyaspects of the assortment planning process, including researching trends, performing competitive and pricing analysis,andsubmittinglab requests, Lead the successful launch andKPIachievement for assigned product categories. Prepare and distribute product development briefs and spec sheets for manufacturers and other cross-functional partners. Support the management and organization of key samples andformulationdocumentation. Report out status updates on project timelines toPDteam members. Supportcross- functionaldepartment initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as product samples, sell sheets, & item specifications.
