1:1 School Nurse Opportunity - Lexington, MA

We are seeking a dedicated 1:1 School Nurse to support a student in the Lexington, MA area for the upcoming school year.

Position Details:

• Pay Rate: $65/hour

• Location: Lexington, MA

• Start Date: August 31, 2026

• Schedule: 35 hours per week

• Daily Start Time: Approximately 7:30 AM

• Monday Schedule: Early dismissal around 1:45 PM

• Tuesday-Friday Schedule: End time approximately 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM (based on traffic and daily schedule)

This is a great opportunity for a nurse seeking a consistent school-based schedule while providing individualized support to a student in an educational setting.

The 1:1 School Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for overseeing the implementation of the nursing process and delivering individualized student care within the school environment. This role ensures that all services are provided in alignment with physician orders and in accordance with the standards, policies, and philosophy of both the School District and Amergis Healthcare.

Minimum Requirements:

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in state(s) where practicing

• One year of school nursing experience, preferred

• Pediatric experience, preferred

• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice

• Current CPR if applicable

• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
