Job Description :
Coordinate and support the planning and execution of in-person marketing events across the Americas, including venue selection, registration management, catering, shipping, and onsite logistics.
· Manage relationships with conference organizers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of event requirements and marketing activities.
· Handle administrative responsibilities such as expense tracking, budget documentation, event reporting, marketing support requests, and maintenance of event management tools.
· Utilize strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
· Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to support B2B marketing initiatives, event promotions, and post-event performance tracking.
· Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of event coordination or marketing experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, willingness to travel up to 25%, and the ability to work onsite 5 days per week in Marlborough, MA.
