Customer Success & Sales Representative Insurance

We're looking for a Customer Success & Sales Representative to join our teamsomeone who is service-oriented, motivated, and ready to elevate their customer service skills into a rewarding sales-focused role. This is more than a support positionit's an opportunity to turn daily interactions into meaningful sales wins while helping clients stay fully protected.
What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer support while identifying in-book sales opportunities
- Build lasting client relationships and proactively recommend policy enhancements
- Stay organized by maintaining accurate records and tracking client needs for future opportunities
- Partner with licensed team members to deliver a consultative, seamless customer experience
- Step into a sales-focused role with clear performance goals, growth opportunities, and rewarding compensation
Who You Are
- A natural communicator who easily builds trust and identifies client needs
- Detail-oriented, organized, and motivated by both client satisfaction and sales success
- Ambitious and driven to grow your career while increasing your earning potential
- Comfortable having consultative conversations about insurance solutions
- Experienced in customer service (insurance background a plus), with a strong desire to succeed in sales
Licensing Requirement
- A Property & Casualty license is required for this role
- If not currently licensed, you must be willing and able to obtain one within a set timeframe
- Full licensing support provided for qualified candidates

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
