What You’ll Do: Customer Service Excellence Greet customers with energy and enthusiasm, take accurate orders, and ensure exceptional hospitality at every interaction—front counter, drive‑thru, or dining room. Food Preparation & Quality Control Prepare McDonald’s world‑famous food according to Gold Standard procedures. Maintain food safety, hygiene, and accuracy at all times. Cleanliness & Organization Contribute to the cleanliness of the restaurant—dining area, restrooms, kitchen, and equipment. Maintain a safe and sanitary environment at all times. Team Collaboration Support fellow crew members and management by executing tasks with precision and a positive attitude. Rotate between positions to maintain service flow and cover all aspects of operations.
